Individual Support Service

Aldanat Care delivers a variety or services enabling people to stay in their own homes and retain as much independence as possible, even for people with highly complex needs.

Our staff are selected and trained to support individual’s needs. we cater for the following areas:

Autism and Aspergers Syndrome
Supporting young adults moving from children’s to adult’s services
Short breaks, without the need to go into external accommodation
Learning Disability
Mental Health support needs
Complex physical disabilities

Who are Aldanat Care?

Aldanat Care is an National award winning provider, successful in the 2013 National Great British Care awards for ‘putting people first’ and national finalist for the 2012 awards.

Our philosophy is key to our success – ‘Providing the highest level of care, with our residents needs and wishes being the forefront to our business decisions’.

The name Aldanat comes from its owners, Alan, Daniel and Natalie. All three Directors are qualified nurses with various other professional qualifications, and holding attributes and skills that compliment each other.

Daniel Wylie, winner of the 2012/2013 Essex Business Awards, is Managing Director of Aldanat Care, Nurse trained and actively involved in all their services . He is also founder and active partner of the Care Providers Network, an organisation that works closely with authorities and care home providers to share best practice and knowledge aimed at improving care wherever possible. All staff either hold or are working towards an NVQ (QCF Diplomas) qualification, with the majority holding level 3. All of the training and education provided to our staff is specifically designed to meet our resident’s needs, and the Company is an active member of Essex County Councils training consortium and has both online and face to face training sessions
