All of our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). As the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, CQC is responsible for ensuring that we provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.
As well as the reassurance offered by CQC regulation, we have a robust and rigorous quality assurance process. Our in-house compliance manager ensures that high standards are met across the organisation and that managers adhere to CQC regulations, legislation, safeguarding, internal quality audits, and local authority requirements.
