Outreach Support

At Aldanat Care we focus on supporting people to live happy, enjoyable, safe and fulfilling lives.

Alongside our Residential and Supported Living services across Essex, we offer domiciliary and outreach support in Clacton, Kirby, Walton, Harwich, Harlow, Chelmsford, Basildon and Colchester. This type of support is tailored to support people to maintain their independence by staying in their own home either independently or with their family, with support packages designed to meet their individual needs.

Who can access domiciliary or outreach support?

We support people with learning disabilities, autism, physical and sensory impairments, mental health and other complex needs across Essex. The support we offer is tailored to an individual’s needs, to include progression towards their own goals and aspirations. Our support is available whether the accommodation is rented (privately or through local councils or housing associations) or privately owned. We collaborate with private landlords, councils and housing associations to find suitable accommodation and can offer support to a person to obtain and maintain a rental tenancy to live an enhanced and independent life.
