What is residential support?

Our residential services, Peter House and The Retreat, offer quality, comfortable and home-like accommodation coupled with care and support, tailored to each person’s needs. We offer support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical and sensory impairments, as well as those with mental health and complex needs.

Both residential services have had a complete renovation into supported living flats. Each person has their own supported living flat, which includes their own living room, bathroom, and kitchen. This allows everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy their own space and independence while also encouraging social interaction within the residential home.

Specialist, individual support

Our transitions team assess each person’s needs and personality, ensuring that the support we offer is tailored to the individual. Our positive support encompasses encouragement, mentoring, structure and active support which enables people to learn new skills and become more independent, in many cases supporting them to progress into supported living.
