Aldanat Newsletter
August 2026
The aim of this news letter is to help improve communication, ensuring you are kept up to date with upcoming events, policy changes, training updates, best practice guidance and key developments or changes within the company.
It’s also a great place to highlight achievements of the people we support and recognise staff.
Team building events were organised by Peter House Frontline Care Managers Camara and Lisa who collectively arranged team building activities for all staff over the course of 2 days. The diversity days were introduced as a way to help those from different culture, backgrounds and beliefs to come together to learn more about each other and develop a better understanding of one another.
Both days were a huge success and there was a definite buzz around Peter House for a while after.

At a recent Insight meeting, it was suggested by the people we support to hold a Talent show!
The Event will take place on 17th September and we are looking for your help to encourage the people we support to enter!
There will also be food and a disco!!
Entry forms are available

Aldanat Care presents….

Everyone Welcome!
💡Would you like the option to order lunch and have it delivered to you at work from The Café at the Hub? Orders would be placed before a cut off time and delivered in time for lunch.
🌟Employees for the month PHRES🌟
Femi Martins and Victor Adekeye
Femi and Victor were both chosen this month due to their support and commitment to helping MR settle into the service in the early days of his placement where he was finding things more difficult.

Both Femi and Victor have provided consistent and loyal support to all those they support within Peter House.
We haven’t hosted a team event in a while so we are looking for your suggestions for the next staff event! ⬇️
