The aim of this news letter is to help improve communication, ensuring you are kept up to date with upcoming events, policy changes, training updates, best practice guidance and key developments or changes within the company.
It’s also a great place to highlight achievements of the people we support and recognise staff.
This month has seen some changes within the management team
🌟Wendy Inglis has become the Registered Manager of Senna House.
✨Dean Keeble has joined the team of Service Managers at Peter House Supported Living
🌟Rachel Long is now our Service manager for Luff Way
✨Kym Thorburn has moved into the position of Quality Assurance Manager
🌟Natalie Jackson will be leading the team at The Hub 2 days per week alongside her Manager role at the Retreat & The Cottage
🥳We would like to congratulate our colleagues and wish them every success within their new roles!
🌟Employee of the month for July at Colchester services🌟
✨Nicola Williams!
Nicola was voted employee of the month and presented with flowers. As well as providing great support she also provided all the catering for MB & her mum’s joint birthday party!

This month Oliver Smith our training manager has completed his training to become an Oliver McGowen certified trainer!
The training is named after Oliver McGowan. Oliver was a young man whose death shone a light on the need for health and social care staff to have better skills, knowledge and understanding of the needs for autistic people and people with a learning disability.

This month Shelley has been working on creating New training for Oxygen awareness for the services that need it after successfully completing the training needed herself to be able to deliver this to you 😊
