Karen Carter

Karen has over 20 years experience in working in both residential and the majority in managing supported living services for people with complex needs. Karen came over to Aldanat Care in 2012 initially as a service manager and has progressed to Director of Learning Disability Services. Karen oversees the running of all Services. Karen has an interest in behaviour and vast knowledge around managing behaviours that challenge in a positive way. Karen supports all Service Managers.
