Sadie Farrow

Sadie Joined the Aldanat Care team in 2018 as a Service Manager,  drawn by the profound impact they make in the lives of our service users. Witnessing these positive changes inspired her to contribute her skills and passion to this incredible organisation. Sadie holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, which has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to excel in her role. Currently, Sadie is the Resourcing Manager, where she manages the recruitment process, onboarding new team members, and managing company advertising and social media efforts. She is committed to building a strong, compassionate team that upholds our mission of delivering exceptional support and care. Outside of work, Sadie cherishes spending quality time with her two children. She loves going on adventures in her campervan, exploring new places, and making memories. She also enjoys relaxing at her beach hut and taking holidays whenever she can. These experiences not only rejuvenate her but also inspire her work, reminding her of the importance of balance in life.
