Lived Experience Co-Trainer

As a Lived Experience Co-Trainer, you will use your personal experience of a learning disability, autism or both to help deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training across Essex. Working alongside a professional trainer, you will share your experiences in a safe and supported way to help health and social care staff better understand the lives, needs and strengths of the people they support.

Personal lived experience of a learning disability, autism or both is an essential requirement for this role.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
